Hendo gave one of the more memorable induction speeches in Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame history. Marc plays a clip that gives you a sense of why the director of the Michigan State University School of Journalism tried to get Tom to stop talking. Twice.

Hendo spent a lot of his early career covering sports. But the pro tip he got during spring training from Tigers manager Sparky Anderson had nothing to do with baseball.
