Dan Austin has been putting his journalistic skills to work for decades documenting and telling the stories behind some of the city’s greatest buildings. He joins ML and Marc to talk about how and why he started Historic Detroit and how you can help keep it going by supporting the Austin Past and Future Fund.
Dan tells Marc and ML how an Oakland County kid fell in love with Detroit and its buildings — starting with the downtown Statler Hotel.
