ML Elrick skips out to Europe. Erika, Shawn, and Marc immediately turn the show into a mess. Criminals, slobs, self-loathing, and Shawn high on a couch. 

STRAIGHT DOPE: ML is off to Europe once again. Or is he?  His photographic proof is unconvincing.  Ireland looks like Hillsdale.

First it was Elrick and now Shawn doesn’t want to work claiming it’s an Erika takeover.  He recently went through Erika’s stories and has some editorial questions.

Erika’s beat seems to be the “depressing” beat covering stories like “Sicko Misconduct” in Dearborn Heights.  Her way of coping is to hang out with alligators.  Catch all her stories here at WDIV.

Why are we all attracted to stories about bad people like Gypsy Rose, the Menendez brothers, and Diddy?  Shawn proposes a theory. 

The soulless look of a criminal’s eyes is a real thing.  Some aren’t so sure Shawn’s hazel eyes are.

Not only is there a lot of negative BS in social media, but the majority of positive posts are BS. The only good posts are videos of animals and people falling. 

Erika has had multiple fake profiles made with her likeness on Facebook, Twitter, and the dating site Hinge. 

Shawn maintains the most viral stories are still the positive ones. Like the dog that squatted in an retirement community.

The best part of getting old is learning not to care. 

The DMV be a little more skeptical of people’s hight, weight and eye color claims. 

The world is full of slobs. Erika once interviewed someone on the news who wasn’t wearing pants.
